2nd Step
(Deposit)

  • To secure your booking for the selected date, we require a 25% deposit.
  • Payments can be made to the company account. Once received, your booking will be instantly confirmed.
  •  The remaining balance is due on the day of your event."

Note: deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made from our end.

 

3rd step
(Event day)

  • Before the event day, we will reach out to confirm the itinerary. 
  • We will arrive ahead of time to handle the setup. 
  • The final payment must be settled prior to the commencement of the event. 
  • Should you need any assistance during the event, we will be just a phone call away. 
  • Lastly, we will take care of the packing up after the event concludes.
